Job Description
We're seeking applicants to join us in providing quality support, enabling people to live the life they choose.
As Community Support Workers, you'll work with our consumers both in their homes and in the community, delivering flexible, individualised services such as in home support, life skills practice, personal care, incontinence care, meal support, mobility assistance, medication reminders and facilitating community involvement activities either one-on-one or within a small group setting. This may also include facilitating social, leisure and recreational connections.
We're looking for individuals with flexible availability to cover varying shifts from day to evening, sometimes overnight, Monday through Sunday.
What We Offer
Casual salary: ordinary rate of $41.76 per hour + penalty rates

Driver’s license and access to a reliable, well-presented vehicle with comprehensive insurance cover, and willingness to drive a service vehicle.
Personal mobile phone to be used to access organisation systems.
Cleared Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
Current Provide First Aid certificate HLTAID011 (or willingness to obtain).
Proof of your Right to Work in Australia.
Completion certificate for the NDIS Worker Orientation Module. Accessible here
Completion of a vocational qualification in disability or community services OR completion of the New Worker – NDIS Induction Module. Accessible here
